DHCC OPPORTUNITIES
There are numerous sponsorship opportunities throughout the year. The following events or publications provide opportunity to contact Executive Committee members, the general membership, or showcase your products.
$3,000.00

UPDATE!
A Newsletter electronically mailed up to 4 times per year to all members.

You supply your advertisement (maximum 8.5 x 11) ready to insert with the newsletter with cutting-edge information for members. UPDATE! is electronically mailed to all of our nearly 5,000 members.

Tentative schedule is as follows:

UPDATE! Specials

  • Commit to and prepay for 2 ads and receive $500.00 discount off the combined price of both ads.
  • Commit to and prepay for 3 ads and receive the $500.00 discount AND receive reprint rights for your entire sales force - this may be a nice premium for your best clients!
  • We also have discounted pricing for nonprofit, organizations, which include a full page ad for $1000, half page ad for $500 and quarter page ad for $250.
  • We can also provide information on web advertisement information.

Executive Committee Meeting Presentations

  • Deliver a live 5-minute presentation the 15 Executive Committee Members.
    These registered dietitians represent 112,000 residents!
$1,500 plus postage

Leadership Mailings

We will mail your information to each of the 15 Executive Committee Members. These registered dietitians represent 112,000 residents ! The mailing is also sent to each DHCC State Chair and is accompanied by a letter from the Chair requesting support for you.

The State Chairs are encouraged to share the information with their officers. Therefore, we request 10 copies of your materials for each state chair.

Leadership Mailing Enhancements

  • Product Sample
    Include a product sample for an additional $1,000.00.
  • Videos or audiotapes
    Include either for an additional $1,000.00.

 

ADA (FNCE) OPPORTUNITIES

(Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo - annual meeting of the American Dietetic Association)

Each year in the fall in a major US city

FNCE is the most widely anticipated and attended meeting of the year.
There are numerous sponsorship opportunities available. The conference brings in between 8,000 and 11,000 dietitians from across the world

PreFNCE Seminar - $5,000.00 up to $25,000 for primary sponsorship

This DHCC sponsored, educational conference features topics of interest to our membership along with Continuing Professional Education credits. This year's topics include the following:

  • Diabetes
  • CMS
  • Food Guide Pyramid
  • Wound Care

Sponsorships include an on-site display, printed schedule, sponsorship or speaker(s) and breaks.

Member Breakfast- $2,000 up to $25,000 for primary sponsorship.

This event brings together the membership for a breakfast where sponsors can sit with the members and discuss their products.

Member Reception - $2,000 up to $20,000 for primary sponsorship.

This event brings together over 500 consulting dietitians for an evening of networking and visiting. This is an excellent venue for a sponsor to informally meet and talk with the membership.

Member Invitations - $1,500.00

These invitations will be mailed six (6) weeks prior to FNCE and reminds members of all of the FNCE opportunities for DHCC members. Include YOUR ad!
